We are looking for a Budtender to provide excellent customer service and top-notch product knowledge. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome and safe in our stores will stand out. A focus on product knowledge will be key to answering our customer’s questions with detail and confidence. A positive attitude and desire to make our customers happy will make you successful in this role. Smart point-of-sale technology simplifies customer relationships and allows you to create lasting impressions. Budtenders will be expected to process sales transactions, cross-sell and verify age identification. You will ensure customer contact information is correct and encourage them to sign up for email and text message marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers
• Provide accurate information about products
• Answer customer questions about specific products
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure product displays are clean, neat, and stocked
• Provide feedback to team leaders to improve customer experience

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (retail, food, or hospitality)
• Ontario CannSell certification program certificate
• Knowledge of technology with the ability and willingness to learn POS/CRM applications.
• Clean criminal record
• Must be 19 years of age

We are searching for age gaters who will not only ensure everyone coming into the store is 19 years or older but give each and every customer an amazing first impression as they enter the door.
